2011 Hyundai Sonata

First, I'd like to thank Melissa Garcia, Junior Carillo, and Richard Chew, and Greg Donahue for all their personalized service, advice, candor, and most of all, patience, during my car-buying experience. It's a great feeling to know that your car sales team is not just trying to foist any ol' vehicle on you, but trying to tailor-fit your car-buying experience to get you a great car that will meet your wants, needs, and budget. Truthfully, I don't have a favorite car brand, or model, and I really had not been in the car market for several years, so I took my time considering what vehicle was really right for me. I did quite a few test-drives, checked out the competition, hunted vigorously online, but Moss Bros. really stood out above the rest, and treated me right. Even though Hyundai isn't one of their primary brands, Moss Bros. managed to find me a great 2011 Sonata, at a great price, and thanks to the General Manager, Dave Oley, got me a great rate on the financing to boot. (Even though I've owned multiple vehicles, creditors still consider me a first-time buyer!) Dave, your team does the car business, and the Moss Bros. brand Proud!

Dodge Grand Caravan

My experience at Moss Bros. in Moreno Valley was typical from what I've come to expect. This is my second vehicle purchase from this Dodge dealer. I've looked at vehicles for a while now and when I come to this dealer I'm not slammed with a ton of circling sharks in the gazebo waiting for the first drop of blood to hit the water and move in for the kill. Before deciding on the Grand Caravan, my wife and I had looked over the competition at the LA Auto Show. To my surprise the Minivan market has shrunk drastically with Ford and Chevy dropping out in favor of crossovers. So we looked at the Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, and Honda vans. All which had less power than the Dodge and were quite overpriced! So with all the research done the choice was clear that the Dodge Grand Caravan would be the one to get only question being which one? They range from the cheap no options/lame colors on the lot AVP model all the way up to the R/T. So utilizing the Dodge.com website and the build my own I was able to find the options I could afford. I took my findings to the dealer and they found the van I wanted in minutes, the key selling point being the Copperhead pearl paint and the nice but not overly costly options of the SXT. They paid off my trade and gave me the best APR I've heard since doing said research which was great, not even my own credit union was willing to help pre-approve me and find me a good rate! The van was cleaned and gassed up as promised and ready to deliver on time which was quite impressive. The paper work was so quick and to the point that even my 4 year old son was able to sit through it and not be bored. So in all the deal was quick and about what I wanted, Dave, Richard, and Doug made it simple and as promised in a timely manner, which as I said is what I've come to expect from this awesome Dodge dealer!

Since retiring from the Air Force in 1992, I have bought 6 new vehicles from various dealerships, and my experience with Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Moreno Valley was by far the best experience I have had. I want to mention that I've never filled out a survey on any customer service I have received in the past, good or bad. However, my visit to your dealership was superb. Thus, leading me to take the time to acknowledge the exceptional service I received. I received top notch, professional service. Your employees were experienced and willing to help. I can't express in enough words what excellent service I received. Ray in internet sales and Mike Nemer were available every time I called to answer any questions I may have had. When arriving at the dealership, I was greeted right away and the process of trading in my 2005 F150 for the new 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited went without incident. Everything went as planned. The general manger, Dave was also outstanding. I don't know who was happier on my new purchase, Dave or me. It was a great feeling to see someone as "pumped up" about my new purchase as myself. He did everything that was needed to make me happy. Finance also met all my expectations, Doug handled himself like a professional, along with everyone else that I met that day. 2011 Jeep Patriot

At Moss Bros. in Morena Valley, I purchased a brand new Jeep Patriot. This is why: I'm a first time buyer, so I am really nervous, the vehicle my wife and I chose was the Patriot. It just looks cool, what can I say? The first dealer we visited was sold out, the second was Escondido Jeep, the manager there was rude and actually became angry with us when we didn't accept his gracious offer of 8.9% APR/$300 monthly for 6 yrs. Yeah right! So my wife and I were a little down, I came home and started the search again. Using Jeep.com I built my 4x4, automatic 2011 Jeep Patriot. I put in my willing price range and came up with three matches. One back in Escondido (no way), 2 at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Moreno Valley. I just gritted my teeth and made an offer for one of the available Jeeps. The next morning, I get a phone call. I set up an appointment for two pm to see the internet "specialist", aka internet manager. We get there, and are led to the internet manager with no hassle. The internet manager was Jony Evangelista. This guy is awesome, we talk, we joke, he listens to my offers and tries to make the best deal possible for me. I highly, highly recommend this gentleman to anybody who doesnt want to be led in circles. Our transaction went so smooth we ended up with ( APR 5.9, 203 monthly pymts for six years), so sweet! Also, the Jeep was the perfect color, and had the interior we wanted, so yeah, if you're looking for a new car go to the wonderful people at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Moreno Valley. 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Good morning, I want to let you know that I absolutely love my new car. Your dealership was the only one in the area that had the colors and options I wanted, and it was worth the 90 mile drive to get it. Overall, I found the sales experience to be pleasant with one exception. The reason I had chosen your dealership in the first place was because it was part of the USAA network which allowed me to get a good deal without having to haggle over the price. A win win for everyone - or so I thought. Somehow, the sales manager that was on duty that morning was not able to figure out the USAA deal and it took almost an hour of intense negotiations to finally get what I wanted. So much for the no haggle experience.In the end I did get the car I wanted and at the price I had originally agreed to - so all is good. I was very impressed with the salesman as he did everything within his power to keep me happy and calm throughout the entire experience.When things got heated he was able to calm me down and eventually was able to get me what I wanted. And he was always professional and courteous. Did I have a great experience at your dealership - not exactly. If you had honored the USAA price (which I confirmed with your internet department 2 days before I arrived) then it would have been the great experience you expect and I would have highly recommended your dealership to my friends and family. It was 2PM on November 30th. I had no intention of buying a new Dodge Ram 1500 Truck that day. I was seeking information about the truck's features. I had already checked the similar Ford and Chevrolet models. I was on the internet searching when I got a call from Moss Bros... and transferred to Jony Evangelista (Internet Sales Manager). I told him what I was looking for and within minutes, he emailed meafull print-out of features and the color I was looking for (I like all colors as long as it is sliver!) We Came to a good financial agreement... Trading in my 09 Honda Pilot. By 8PM that evening, my new truck was in my driveway... papers signed, and the Honda driven away. I have purchased over 140 vehicles in my life (YEAH... I am an OLD Guy!) and no previous transaction was THIS easy! I never left my home! Kudos to your sales staff... They are terriffic!!! Incidentally, I have purchased three other vehicles from your San Bernardino Dealership in the past... and By the way... The RAM is SUPER!

We are very happy with our new Jeep and I have to say it was a very nice experience. I can't say that I have ever said that after buying a car. I will absolutely recommend to all of our friends that if they want a newcar to go to Moss.
